Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- All tags must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required
Exchanges
We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- All tags must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required
Exchanges are applicable for:
- Size issues
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect items received
Once your exchange request is approved, we will initiate the replacement process. The replacement product will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.
If the requested size or product is not available, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- You will receive a full refund (100% of the product amount)
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items purchased during special sale or clearance (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
